moving southwest dance festival
June 26-July 17, 2022
The International Museum of Dance worked with local and regional dance artists to promote and support their work through a three-week dance festival in Santa Fe, NM in late June and July of 2022. Activities included site-specific and theater-based performances, dance cinema, lectures, workshops, classes, and talk-backs. The festival focused on underrepresented BIPOC artists and we partnered with Santa Fe's many beautiful cultural attractions through dance.

Hip-Hop artist Clyde Evans leads a captivating evening of movement, interactive presentations, and a trivia competition, all showcasing the unparalleled dance education programs that Clyde directs for the Museum of Dance.
